All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through VibeCase are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong model or size
  • Accidental purchases
  • Preference regarding color, design, or style
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If we determine that the product is defective or incorrect, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue a refund

Lost Packages

VibeCase is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system quickly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations.
