Thank you for shopping with VibeCase! Here's everything you need to know about our production and shipping timelines.
Production Times
All of our products are made to order through a third party. Once you place your order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item is shipped. Production times may vary slightly depending on the product and the print provider fulfilling your order.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days after production (where available)
Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post or other local carriers depending on your location.
International Shipping
- United States: 5–10 business days after production
- Europe & UK: 10–20 business days after production
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days after production
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
